The GCDF Trainer programme aims to equip certified GCDF's with focused, specialized skills and practice so that they will be able to conduct face-to-face GCDF training sessions and lead career development facilitation case supervision meetings for the GCDF Programme. Participants will be guided into a deeper understanding of the GCDF curriculum design, undertake a cogent review of major learning styles and instructional methodologies, and engage in practice-and-feedback role-play and presentation sessions for enhancing a multiplicity of skills as required of a GCDF Trainer.
Upon completion of the training and all requirements for certification, GCDF Trainer will be certified by CCE of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), USA.
