Facilitation (PCCDF) Programme; OR
4. Equivalent qualifications.

Course Background and Objectives

Transactional Analysis studies the interaction between individuals. In order for Career Development facilitators (CDFs) to conduct the facilitation professionally and effectively, they need to be sensitive about their own behavior and attitude. Describing and explaining how our developmental experiences influence the way we think and act, the Transactional Analysis helps enhance our self-awareness and our communication with the clients.

This course aims to
- Identify different types of analyses of Ego States.
- Apply basic Transactional Analysis during the communication with clients.

1. Understanding the structural analysis of our Ego States.
2. Understanding the functional analysis of our Ego States.
3. Understanding the influences of our Ego States while being with the clients.
4. How to be sensitive to our interaction patterns.
