Mr. Lee is a dedicated professional in sustainable finance, focused on advancing ESG-driven solutions for corporate clients, providing sustainable finance to support their transition journey. With expertise in structuring green and sustainable financial products, he works closely with stakeholders to align corporate strategies with global sustainability standards. Additionally, Issac collaborates with ESG assessors and solution providers to promote sustainable finance through organising sharing sessions, seminars, and business events. He has contributed to shaping the Sustainable Finance team at Hang Seng Bank and driving key initiatives aimed at the development of sustainable finance.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from City University of Hong Kong, as well as certifications as a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) and Certified ESG Planner (CEP). He further completed a Sustainable Finance course of the Institute for Sustainability Leadership, The University of Cambridge.

With over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Man has gained professional experiences across the industry, regulatory body and consulting practice. She is currently the Director of iComplyAlliance Ltd, providing consulting and training services. Before that she headed the Private Banking Compliance team at Credit Suisse. Moreover, she was an active member at the Regulatory Committee of the Private Wealth Management Association in Hong Kong. Her in-depth professional knowledge has also been gained through working with Hong Kong Monetary Authority, J.P. Morgan, ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Man is an alumna of The Chinese University of Hong Kong where she was awarded her Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She also furthered her education at the Macquarie University and The London School of Economics where she received her Master of Applied Finance and Master of Regulation degrees respectively. In addition, she attained various professional qualifications including FCCA, CFA. as well as six sigma process improvement qualifications.

Ms. Yeung is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and organisational development.

She last served as TAO Manager at Hang Seng Bank, where she focused on the acquisition of management trainees.

Previously, she held various roles in human resources across notable organisations, including UOB, Pearson, and HSBC, specialising in resourcing for technology and management positions. Her experience spans consulting for major projects, managing recruitment campaigns, and fostering talent development in diverse environments. She is dedicated to driving sustainable HR practices and creating impactful talent strategies in the banking and finance sector.

Ms. Yeung received her Master of Commerce, Human Resources Management from The University of New South Wales. She is also an alumna of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong where she obtained the credential of Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).

Dr. Hui has ample experience teaching and providing consulting services. On top of offering professional customized analysis, management, and training services to banks and financial institutions, he has been teaching examination preparation courses on Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner CFP for 20 years.

In recent years, he is engaged in teaching ESG courses in colleges and professional institutions and is committed to researching fields related to ESG investment.

Dr. Hui is an alumnus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong where he was awarded a master’s degree in Finance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He completed the DBA programme and received a doctoral degree from the University of Wales TSD. His thesis topic and research interests are about ESG Investments.

Ms. Yau has more than twenty years of experience working in senior positions of international corporations in Hong Kong and overseas. In her current capacity, Ms. Yau and her team work with experienced and professional trainers of CUSCS to proactively identify the knowledge and skills required by corporate clients, and design and deliver training programmes tailored to the needs of individual clients which include commercial firms, charitable and nonprofit-making organisations, government departments, schools, universities, and any other social bodies or groups.

The well-designed, tailor-made programmes cover a wide span of areas from business, management, python and data analytics, website design, digital marketing, communication, business writing and spoken languages, to positive/non-violence in the workplace, team building, leadership, psychology, counseling, pedagogy, law and legal studies. In particular, the signature ESG series on Sustainable Banking and Finance, and Banking and Corporate Governance answers the immediate needs of many stakeholders of the banking and finance industry.

Dr. Yip is a senior sustainability consultant and banker where he is a Chartered Banker (UK) and a Certified Banker (HK). He has over 30 years of work experience in banking, asset management, and consulting.

He was awarded a master's degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, a master's degree in Management and a professional graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University.

Dr. Yip received his doctoral degree from the University of Wales TSD after completing the DBA programme. He focuses on research in the sustainable development of enterprises, ESG reports of listed companies, and the provision of related consulting services.
