Participants shall have a basic knowledge of PC and Internet operations.
Introduction
This course will introduce participants to popular Generative AI tools to enhance their writing performances in business settings. Discussion will focus on strategies to apply Generative AI tools to increase effectiveness in writing, including standard office documents, creative writing and translation.

1) Introducing commonly used AI tools for writing and their characteristics;
2) Writing and improving work documents such as memos, emails and reports;
3) Generating ideas and creative content for proposals, speeches, promotional messages, etc.;
4) Translating business documents from other languages to English;
5) Summarising lengthy documents;
6) Refining organization, content and language of business writings;
7) Understanding ethical and legal issues associated with using AI in the workplace.
