Effectively managing the valuable human asset is one of the keys to business success. Participants can further strengthen their core competencies as GCDFs by understanding the growing importance of talent development in the workplace, getting to know and develop talents by employing the DISC tool, ADDIE model, 10/20/70 model and the Individual Development Plan (IDP). A practical case study on people management will be included.

Mr. Albert Kwok is the founder of a training consultancy. With more than 20 years of experience in talent development in the banking industry, Mr Kwok is a seasonal professional in conducting experiential training in areas such as career development facilitation, presentation and communication, team building and people management skills. He gained his GCDF-Hong Kong credential in 2017 and GCDF-China in 2018. He was most recently appointed the Director of Youth Committee of the Hong Kong Bar Bending and Fixing Industry Association to assist young talents to realize their potential as well prepare for the succession of the industry. |
1. Certified GCDFs
2. Trainees who have completed the 6-day face-to-face GCDF training
Cantonese and English
This course is recognized as a CDU course offered by CUSCS for the Hong Kong Programme. Certified GCDFs will be awarded 6 CDUs upon completion of the course.
GCDF trainees who are not yet certified can claim the CDUs after the professional credential is gained.
Note: Certified GCDFs are required to fulfill 75 CDUs within 5 years for renewal of the professional credential. Check the CDU Recording System for Certified GCDFs for more details.
